Important note: The shipping cost is deducted upon purchase and the shipping cost upon return in the event that the order is not received from the shipping company or a return request is submitted without the following reasons (the item does not work or does not match the website description)
For example: Fees for issuing a bill of lading 23 riyals - Fees for issuing a bill of return 23 riyals (total 46 riyals)
- The value of the two policies (shipping and return) will be deducted from the total order
- In the event of exchange, the value of 3 bills will be deducted (the bill for the first shipment, the bill for return, and the bill for reloading again) - 23 x 3 = 69 riyals
Note: You will be asked to transfer the amount of the policies to the store's accounts when submitting a return or exchange request
2 - If the item does not work or does not match the description of the site, you have the right to return it within 3 days of receiving it, and you will be refunded the amount of the item in addition to the shipping cost that you paid upon purchase.
3 - The amount will be transferred within 5 to 15 working days
4 - In the event that the commodity has been returned and has been verified by us and it has been found to be misuse, we will inform you that there are two procedures
- Return the item to the buyer (and the shipping cost will be on him)

5 - Bank transfer fees may be deducted from the total order
6 - An additional 2% will be deducted if the product carton is opened
Items that cannot be returned
1 - Scooters that have been modified (marhama) cannot be returned.
2 - All electrical spare parts cannot be returned, such as (chargers, regulators, dynamos, etc.)
3 - All batteries cannot be returned
Note: The replacement is according to the return controls (the cost of returning the shipment and re-shipping the other product is on the buyer)
